General Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These General Terms of Use (GTU) define the terms and conditions for using the Alice application, a playful and educational app allowing children to create stories from predefined elements, as well as the conditions for purchasing credits required for certain features.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Alice application and/or making a payment via the transaction link, the user unreservedly accepts these GTU.

3. Use of the Application

The Alice application is intended for personal and non-commercial use. It is designed to be used by children under the supervision of their parents or legal guardians. The user agrees to respect the intended use of the application.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available in the Alice application (characters, graphics, texts, music, etc.) is protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

5. User-Generated Content

By using the application, the user agrees that any content they generate (including texts, images, stories, sounds, or any other creation) becomes the exclusive property of the publisher upon its creation. The user waives any copyright or intellectual property rights to such content and agrees that it may be used, modified, reproduced, distributed, commercialized, or transferred freely by the publisher, without limitation or compensation.

6. Payment and Credits

Some features of the application require the purchase of credits.

• Payment is made directly through the payment methods integrated into the Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store) platforms, in a secure manner.
• Credits are neither refundable nor transferable, except in the case of a proven technical error.
• The purchase of credits is neither automatic nor recurring.

7. Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the application, particularly in the event of misinterpretation of content, technical malfunction, or issues related to third-party payments.

8. Personal Data

The Alice application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. No identifiable information is requested or recorded, except for that which may be processed by Stripe during payment (see their privacy policy).

9. Modifications

The publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any modification will take effect upon its publication in the application or on the associated website.

10. Governing Law

These GTU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, only French courts shall have jurisdiction.
